2021 Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

  • ​Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced for registrations received for 2021 programs and applies to all cancellations including Covid related ones. By registering, families acknowledge that there are COVID-19 related risks.​

  • Refunds will not exceed the amount of money paid. 

  • The application deposit is non-refundable, including in for cancellations related to Covid.

  • For all cancellations received by April 30 2021, 50% of money paid will be refunded, minus bank and processing fees. The remaining balance, minus the application fee, will be credited towards a future program in the next 18 months.

  • Cancellations received by May 1, 2021 until two weeks (fourteen days) before the scheduled week, will receive a 25% refund of tuition paid, minus bank and processing fees, and 50% credit of monies paid, minus the application fee, will be applied to a future program in the next 18 months.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than seven days before the scheduled program unless the student transfers to a different program that has availability.

  • If Summer Camp at one of our campuses is cancelled due to a Stay At Home Order:

  • Students have the option to transfer to a later program or STEAM Virtual camp. 

  • If the student chooses not to transfer, the non-refundable deposit is retained by STEAM DA and the remaining 50% will be put on credit to a later program and 50% refunded, after bank and processing fees. Families have the option secure 2021 pricing for 2022 by not receiving a refund, instead keeping the funds on credit.
