STEAM Discovery Academy is thrilled to partner with Sacred Heart Catholic School to bring STEAM Discovery Academy to Danville and the surrounding area! The area's historical significance, natural resources, access to universities, and community support combined with the facilities of Sacred Heart Catholic School make it an ideal location for STEAM's summer and enrichment programming! We are excited to share our interactive, academic programs that inspire students to aspire!
Family owned and operated, STEAM was created by Mike Bruscia, a middle school science teacher and experiential educator, as a place to explore new concepts, test ideas, and discover new interests. STEAM is the intersection of education and entertainment - Edutainment. Programs are designed to spark curiosity, creativity and a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math.

Summer Programs
Experience Total Fun
Open to local students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade, our week-long courses take place at Sacred Heart Catholic School.
Courses are designed around a theme, with workshops that include hands-on activities, new concepts, and creative challenges.

Available to All Local Students in Summer
STEAM Discovery Academy programs are open to all students during the summer at Sacred Heart Catholic School. Indoor air-conditioned facilities provide a comfortable, secure, and weatherproof environment for young minds to blossom. Classrooms include a labs, multi-use spaces, a gymnasium, and more for students to thrive.
With ample outdoor areas, students do activities outdoors, have recreation time on the playground & fields, and enjoy snacks and lunch outside (weather dependent).

Drop Off / Pick Up Location
Follow the signs and our staff will meet you at your car and get them checked-in before proceeding into the building. At departure, students will be brought to your car.
