2024 Summer Schedule
Start planning your 2024 summer at STEAM! We are thrilled to offer summer programming at the St Edward Epiphany campus this summer.
STEAM provides unique opportunities for students to experience science while encouraging them to learn how the universe works and to be creative, while developing innovative solutions.
Summer programs are week-long, full day experiences, centered around a specific theme.

Richmond 2024 Summer Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced and consistently followed in fairness to all participants. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION.
The policy applies to all cancellations including those due to illness and/or quarantine. All Covid related cancellations subject to this policy.
The application deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, including in for cancellations related to Covid or illness.
Refunds will not exceed the amount of money paid.
Percentages are based on money received by STEAM, not the total tuition.
Missed Sessions: Missed programming (days, workshops, etc) is non-refundable, including cancellations related to Covid exposure or quarantine.
March 21, 2024: For all cancellations received by March 21 12:01A 50% of money paid will be refunded, minus bank and processing fees. The remaining balance, minus the application fee, will be credited towards a future program in the next 9 months.
April 17th, 2024: Cancellations received by April 17th, 2024 at 12:01AM until 40 days before the scheduled week, will receive a 25% refund of tuition paid, minus bank and processing fees, and 50% credit of monies paid, minus the application fee, will be applied to a future program in the next 9 months.
40 Days Before First Week; No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 40 days before the first rogram start date.
Transferring a Program Week: One course change per student based on course availability until April 1st, 2024. Changes initiated by families will be assessed a $50 change fee.
