Saturday Morning Makerspace
Start your weekend by creating something amazing! Our Saturday Morning Makerspace workshops are hands-on experiences where students and families build, invent, and explore together. Each workshop features a unique STEAM project, ranging from drones and engineering to art, electronics, and woodworking. Every participant leaves with a completed project or toy they built themselves. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to create!

Example Saturday Makerspace Schedule:
8:45–9:00 AM- Check-In & Welcome
Arrive, check in, and get settled before the workshop begins.
9:00–9:15 AM- Icebreaker & Introduction
Meet fellow makers, explore the day's theme, and learn about the engineering challenge ahead.
9:15–10:00 AM- Challenge Activity
Kick off the morning with a hands-on STEAM activity that introduces the concepts and skills needed for the featured Make & Take project.
10:00–11:00 AM- Make & Take Workshop
Design, build, and personalize the featured project with guidance from our instructors. Every participant takes home their completed creation.
11:00 AM- Workshop Concludes
Show off your finished project and head home with your new creation!
